UECC Program Coordinator Job Number Full/Part Time Schedule Salary 22402597 Full Time 8AM - 5PM $49,882 - $71,514 Position Information Under the supervision of the University East-side Community Collaborative (UECC) Program Manager, the UECC Program Coordinator assists the Program Manager in the implementation of UECC AmeriCorps administrative programmatic activities, acts as the liaison with our community partners, and provides support in matters of budget, purchasing, event logistics, travel, calendaring, and recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding of members. The Coordinator participates in long range planning, maintains records, and completes transactions. The coordinator will serve as the primary contact for submitting administrative requests to the Financial and Administrative Services Team (F.A.S.T) for processing, as appropriate. With a focus on creating value for our customers, creates an environment that demonstrates accurate, prompt, courteous and consistent service. This position is grant funded and contingent upon continued funding. Education Conditions Condition Requirement Four (4) years demonstrated related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Experience Experience Requirement Four (4) years demonstrated related experience. Required Related experience to include, but is not limited to: budgeting work using on-line financial, payroll, personnel, and purchasing systems. Required
Special Conditions Special Condition Requirement Hired applicant must successfully pass a background check through the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and National Sex Offenders Registry. Required
Minimum Requirements Knowledge of adminstrative functions related to staff personel to include on-boarding and off-boarding best practices.
Skills with effectively using written and oral communication.
Advanced knowledge of personal computers and software including Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
Ability to function independently and take responsibilty for results; organize workload with close attention to detail; manage multiple tasks and timelines.
Abilty to maintain effective working realtionships with all staff and stake holders.
Ability to provide excellent customer service to all staff and stakeholders in order to maintain effective working relationships.
Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of grants.
Knowledge of project management system Work Front.
