•Experience working in a customer service role
•Ability to work individually and on a team
•Experience in accounting and bookkeeping
•Ability to occasionally work outside of usual business hours
•Proficient skill in using Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet
•Demonstrated ability of multi-tasking
•Earned college hours toward a degree
•Experience working in student services in higher education
•Supervisory experience
•Experience with University software systems: SAP, GATO, AiM, Banner
Responsible for providing administrative and general clerical support to the Coordinator of Academic Student Services Round Rock Campus and the Academic Student Services team.
Job Duties:Serve full-time as primary representative on the front desk for the Round Rock Academic Student Services suite.
Ensure office coverage by scheduling work shifts for back-up front desk personnel.
Answer the RRC main telephone line, greet, and assist campus visitors for the entire campus.
Prepare office for proper closing at the conclusion of each business day.
Select, train, schedule and evaluate student workers and other part-time staff.
Schedule appointments for current students.
Audit student files to maintain current status and scan student files into electronic system.
Maintain, order office supplies, and assist with travel requests.
Maintain accurate office key inventory; Create and submit work orders.
Create and maintain Front Desk Procedure Manual.
Reconcile and submit accurate daily receipts to the Academic Budget Specialist.
Serve as Administrative Assistant to the Coordinator of Academic Student Services Round Rock Campus.
Assist with surveys and reports.
Other duties as assigned.
