Physical Requirements:

Lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects up to 50 lbs. Sitting for long periods of time. Utilizing computer or laptop monitors for long periods of time. Frequent travel in and out of state, requiring multi-hour driving and/or flying. Occasional overnight stays.

Shift:

Monday – Friday (40 hrs/wk) daily start and ending times flexible

Job Summary:

The Human Development Institute is seeking to fill a Disability Program Administrator I position. This position will serve as a Quality Assurance Coordinator (QAC). The individual in this position will be responsible for providing initial and ongoing training to reviewers, coordinating review logistics, and conducting quality review checks for submitted reports for the Social Security Administration Representative Payee Monitoring Program.

In addition, responsibilities will include assisting the federal program manager and reviewers with the development of protocols, processes, and administrative management to implement the program. The position reports to the federal program manager of the rep payee program and does not include supervisory responsibilities.

This position will work remotely and require frequent job related travel in and outside of Kentucky.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and RPMT.

Preferred Education/Experience:

Social Security Administration level 5 security clearance preferred, but not required.
