The Center on Drug and Alcohol Research is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator.
This person will evaluate/assess/manage patients for candidacy and preparedness for the valve program.
Ensure adequate communication and cohesive teamwork occurs among entire team coordinating care of complicated and specialized patients.
Responsible for clinical operations. Ensure UKHC and departmental policy and procedures are enforced. Coordinate meetings to prepare and communicate and deal with issues pertaining to the clinic.
Monitor all major financial indicators and ensures meets all targets. Work with coding and billing office as well as KMSF on revenue processes. Schedule appointments within systems to allow for communication to all departments.
