International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) is seeking a dedicated, creative and organized student to work on programs that support and engage Miami’s international population and the campus community.
Create posts and messages for WeChat, Instagram, and other ISSS social media.
Assist with production of weekly newsletter and other ISSS communication and marketing projects.
Assist with planning and implementation of ISSS programs and events.
Set up, staff, and break down ISSS events
Various other administrative support tasks as assignedMinimum Qualifications:
Professional demeanor, positive attitude and willingness to learn
Familiarity with campus resources, departments, offices, services, etc.
Comfortable communicating with multilingual students and scholars from all over the world
Effective communicator across media platforms
Initiative to contribute ideas to projectsPreferred Qualifications:
High-level Chinese proficiency
Graphic design skills
