Essential Job Duties:The purpose of the project on which the candidate will work is to assess the effectiveness of food safety messages and safe handling instructions on food handling behavior during meal preparation in domestic kitchens. This will involve meeting with participants and checking them in to observations, assessing food handling behavior based on previously identified trigger points, and conducting post observation interviews. Some observations will be conducted on weekends and evenings.
