The MBA Admissions Interviewer will be an external member of the MBA Admissions team who will support conducting interviews for the full-time MBA program. Responsible for evaluating full-time MBA applicants and providing detailed reports for each candidate based on their interview performance. The selected candidate will be assessing individuals based on strict guidelines and rules established rules by the MBA Admissions Committee.

The MBA Admissions Interviewer reports to the Senior Associate Director of Admissions as a seasonal employee who will be working a flexible schedule from October 2020 through June 2021. The interviewer will average 20 hours per workweek, and during peak application season, interviewers may work up to 40 hours per week. The MBA Admissions Interviewer will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement in accordance with the University of North Carolina and Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Advanced degree preferred, as well as experience interviewing and/or recruiting candidates
