They will create budgets for single PIs and large efforts, as well provide editing and work with faculty to assess program to project appropriateness. This position will have a focus on the Arts and Humanities faculty but will work broadly as well.
This position also coordinates the limited submission program. This includes identifying and posting appropriate grant opportunities, working with faculty to respond to inquiries, and managing reviews when necessary.
Additionally, the individual will facilitate mock review panels for faculty proposals. This includes identifying reviewers, setting up sessions and providing feedback to faculty to guide their revisions.
Lastly, this position will distribute funding related information and provide oversight of related parts of the ORD website.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and four years’ experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. (Note: Post-high school education may substitute at the comparable rate.)

Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
Ability to represent the University in appointed area as required.
Knowledge of federal, state, and private sources for contract and grant funds.
Knowledge of the principles and practices of project planning, development, and evaluation.
Knowledge of the concepts, principals, and practices of accounting, budgeting, and cost control principals.Preferred Bachelor’s degree and four years’ experience.
Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply related FSU policies, procedures, principles, and practices.
