OPS Customer Service Specialist (SFA- Case Management Center)Job Description:
The Office of Student Financial Aid is seeking an OPS full-time employee in the Financial Aid Case Management Center.
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: providing financial aid advising services to prospective and current students and parents covering all aspects of the financial aid process at UF. This includes working with clients extensively at our public information lobby location, in the administration and case management center, by telephone, and through email correspondence. Applicants should possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn about all aspects of the financial aid process, as strong customer service is a fundamental component of this position.The work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (40 hours per week). Advertised Salary:
$14.00 per hourMinimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalentPreferred Qualifications:
- Excellent Customer service and communication skills
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of a personal computer
- Knowledge of financial aid policies and regulations
