Trinity Christian College is seeking a part-time (8 hours per week) Internship Coordinator
for the Business Department. Responsibilities include overseeing internships for business
majors, maintaining relationships with current internship providers, and seeking new
internship opportunities for our students. The coordinator will interact with business students,
providing coaching advice to ensure that they match students with appropriate internships.
They will also advise students to leverage the college resources in posting job applications
at relevant sites. They will also conduct employer outreach to develop a strong understanding
of roles and skills needed by employers. They will work closely with the advancement office
on campus to develop alumni relations for potential internships.

The Coordinator will maintain the department’s LinkedIn page in order to connect
departmental alumni and students. A successful candidate will be able to work
independently and be eager to reach out to build new relationships with the college.
The candidate must be a good oral and written communicator and be organized.
The Internship Coordinator will report to the Department Chair but work
collaboratively with all faculty to expand the internship program.
