Position Highlights:Multiple Postdoctoral Research Associate positions are immediately available in the Dr. Hongmin Li's lab at the University of Arizona, Tucson (https://www.pharmacy.arizona.edu/directory/profile/hongmin-li-phd). The Li lab focuses on structural and functional studies of essential proteins or protein complexes of biological significance, and development of therapeutics against breast caner, autoimmune disorder, and human pathogens including Dengue virus, Zika virus, SARS-CoV-2, Cryptococcus fungi, and mycobacterial.

Duties & Responsibilities:- Perform experiments related to basic biology and therapeutic development, including, but not limited to, molecular biology, cell culture, Western blot, RNA transcription, in vivo animal experiment, data analysis, and structural studies.
- PhD degree in microbiology, virology, cancer biology, structural biology or related field
PhD degree in microbiology, virology, cancer biology, structural biology or related field and experience with basic techniques in these parthogens (Zika/Dengue virus, Cryptococcal fungi, and mycobacteria), retro/lentivirus, pseudovirus, RNA biology, ubiquitin biology, breast cancer, cell biology, cell culture, animal model, and/or cryo-EM technology.
