Reporting to the Executive Director, the Coordinator of Chapter Services manages the relationships between the national headquarters and individual chapters of Phi Eta Sigma; works to produce and facilitate student participation at the chapter, regional, and national level; assists the Executive Director in building Phi Eta Sigma's national presence through recruitment and chapter expansion; advises and provides administrative support to approximately chapters across the US; supports volunteer advisors on Phi Eta Sigma chapter initiatives; plans and assists with chapter officer training; assists the Executive Director in the coordination and planning of events such as the National Convention, Regional Conferences, and Executive Committee Meetings. This position will require overnight travel on a regular basis. The Coordinator of Chapter Services will work directly with the Executive Director to ensure high quality programming at regional and national events and efficient tools are available for chapter leaders to be successful. The employee in this position will be detail-oriented, with a focus on high quality results, and will enjoy working as part of a team that serves the needs of all chapters and members of the honor society, as well as achieving short-term and long-term goals of the honor society.

Required Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in higher education, communication, or other related field, or the equivalent combination of education or Master's degree and relevant experience.

•Experience in event planning, volunteer management, student activities and/or educational programming.

•Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to achieve institutional goal.

Salary Range: $40,000-$45,000 (Annually) + benefits
