Job SummaryThe University of North Georgia is currently accepting applicaitons for a Part Time Temporary Lab Assistant. The Part Time Temporary Lab Assistant will be responsible for supervising students in various labs, preparing reagents for labs; organizing the chemistry storeroom; and grading student lab reports.
Responsibilities- Supervise students in labs
- Reagent prep
- Prepare Laboratories for additional sections and course offerings
- Organize chemistry storeroom
- Grade student lab reports
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- General laboratory safety, general undergraduate chemistry laboratory knowledge
- B.S. or B.A. in Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- Undergraduate lab experience as a student
