Job Summary

The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applicaitons for a Part Time Temporary Lab Assistant. The Part Time Temporary Lab Assistant will be responsible for supervising students in various labs, preparing reagents for labs; organizing the chemistry storeroom; and grading student lab reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students in labs
• Reagent prep
• Prepare Laboratories for additional sections and course offerings
• Organize chemistry storeroom
• Grade student lab reports

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• General laboratory safety, general undergraduate chemistry laboratory knowledge

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. in Chemistry, Biology, or related field
• Undergraduate lab experience as a student
