Job Summary: The Facilities Associate, under limited supervision, is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures, and resources.
Additional Department Summary: To assist shop managers with day-to-day operations in the shop. Under limited supervision, provides clerical support to managers and staff, provide budgetary information to managers and other facilities staff, maintain all purchases, maintain complete operating system that sustains work flow for each shop, assist managers with scheduling and assignment of duties. May drive from site to site.
Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and a minimum of two to four years of progressively responsible office experience; OR Associate’s degree and one (1) year of progressively responsible office experience; OR Bachelor’s degree with some high level administrative support experience.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 21 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report as determined by the insurance carrier.
Skills and Knowledge: Good communications skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Prefer experience with MS Excel , UA purchasing system and the Campus Work Order System.
