Monday-Friday. 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm based on their preference

Assisting the seven Financial Administrator (FA) positions with basic grant management tasks. These tasks include monthly review of closing accounts and sending communication of such to campus departments. Identification of possible issues from a prescribed list of ongoing grant accounts to be communicated to the responsible FA. Addressing the need for escalation to the responsible FA or electronically filing PADRs for all FA positions. Generating, and e-filing standard UKRF Invoices from list identified by supervisor. Master data clean up in SAP as identified.
