University Staff Working Retiree

The Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (SSPPS), located on the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus (CU AMC), is seeking applicants for an hourly paid, part-time (8 to 12 hours/week), university staff working retiree position.  This position is responsible for providing administrative support in preparation for the SSPPS 2023 accreditation review by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).  More specifically, this assignment includes gathering and analyzing data, consolidating data in to various reports, participating in meetings to discuss and prepare for various aspects of the accreditation review, developing and writing various elements of the comprehensive accreditation report, following up with others to complete assigned tasks, and coordinating the ACPE representatives on-site accreditation review with senior school leadership, faculty and staff with the ACPE representatives.   In addition, this position will provide a modest amount of administrative support for the dean.

Salary and Benefits:

QualificationsThe minimum qualification is graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in public or business administration, education, psychology or a closely related field.  (Substitution:  A combination of work experience in the occupation field or specialized subject area of the work assigned to the job, which provided the same kind, amount, and level of knowledge acquired in the required education, may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the bachelor's degree.)  The preferred qualification is previous administrative experience with comprehensive accreditation preparation.
