The Department of Rehabilitation & Health Services is an interdisciplinary department which houses a Ph.D. in Health Services Research, Master’s degrees in Rehabilitation Counseling and Health Services Administration; Bachelor’s degrees in Public Health and Rehab Studies, and minors in Addiction Studies and Applied Gerontology.Position Summary:
The Department of Rehabilitation and Health Services seeks qualified individuals with strong clinical backgrounds for its Adjunct Assistant Instructor Pool and welcomes applicants at any time. This posting is for the Spring 2021, and Summer 2021 semesters. The specific courses involved may vary from semester to semester and openings to assist in these courses develop on a periodic basis, depending on department teaching needs.Minimum Qualifications:
Clinical background and experience in clinical rehabilitation, rehabilitation, clinical mental health and/or community counseling. Applicants should have a Master’s degree in a counseling or counseling related discipline from an accredited program. No less than three years of clinical counseling practice experience. Should have master’s level license and/or certification.Preferred Qualifications:
Ph.D. in counseling or related field from an accredited program.Work Schedule:
