Position Summary(Basic Job Function)

This is a temporary or an on-call position. Provides professional support. Responsibilities may include general business, science, medical, agricultural or other professional support functions. Term: Temps can work two (2) nine (9) month terms with a week break in service in between and at the end of the second term terminate for three (3) months or switch to an on-call. On-Call allowed to work 1039 hours in any twelve (12) month period.

Unit Position Summary

Collect an image of the shoreline at the MDOT Scenic Turnout on M-28 in Chocolay Charter Township from a fixed location with a cell phone every day Monday-Friday and at least once on the weekend. Image capture must occur during daylight hours and will run from approximately January 15 through April 30. Transmit these images daily via text message or email to Dr. Ethan Theuerkauf and research assistant Brittany Hartley. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a field camera deployed at the site, which includes replacing batteries and SD cards as necessary.
