PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR,CAS American & New England Studies

Tracking Code6352 Job DescriptionThe Senior Program Coordinator coordinates, oversees, and ensures the daily administration of the American & New England Studies Program. The incumbent is responsible for all budget matters, plans all course scheduling and special events, and maintains current student files and the alumni databases. This position prepares faculty appointment paperwork; edits informative materials for publicity; maintains the program website; and supervises all admissions paperwork. Lastly, the position provides administrative support for the daily activities and special projects of the two Program Directors, a Director of Graduate Studies, and a Director of Undergraduate Studies. Supervises student support staff. This position also handles all student employment and financial aid paperwork.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience required
