UX Lab Hurakan Research Assistant

Job Description:

The research assistant will work closely with the Hurakan research team to identify research questions, design and execute studies that address both user performance and behavior, generate and communicate insights that shape hurricane forecast communication product design. For this position, we are looking for an experienced individual who will help conduct rigorous quantitative qualitative research methods. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator, knowledgeable about product design and hurricane forecast products, passionate about understanding people, and curious about the relationship between technology and risk communication.
