Executive Assistant to the Chancellor Job Number Full/Part Time Schedule Salary 22352124 Full Time 8AM - 5PM Commensurate with Experience Position Information Ensures highly efficient administrative operations in the Chancellor's office, including, but not limited to management of the Chancellor's schedule, planning and coordination of meetings with internal and external stakeholders, preparation and completeness of briefing materials, Chancellor's participation in campus-wide and community events as well as national and international meetings, and implementation of technology to enhance Chancellor's office activities. Requires awareness of Chancellor's priorities and ability to exercise sound judgment in managing multiple priorities, as well as a high level of discretion in attending to often-complex and time-sensitive matters. Manages correspondence to the Chancellor's office, including routing of and response to emails, printed materials, and telephone calls. Coordinates agenda, briefing materials, and logistics for Executive Team, Cabinet, and Campus Leadership meetings. Acts as administrative liaison to the UC Office of the President and Board of Regents. Recognized as campus-wide expert in administration and works to achieve campus-wide objectives, on behalf of the Chancellor's office.UC Riverside career employees who have passed their probationary period will receive priority consideration for this position.
