Minimum Requirements Advanced skills in problem identification.
Advanced political acumen and sensitivities to the differing perspectives and political circumstances within all levels of the organization as well as the Office of the President and external constituencies.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Excellent skills to communicate and influence effectively with all levels of staff, faculty, alumni/donors, students and external constituents, both verbally and in writing Mid-to large size project management skills.
Expert knowledge of the organization's processes, protocols and procedures.
Excellent ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.
Excellent skills in collaboration, problem-solving, advising and counseling skills.
Advanced service orientation and attention to detail.
Ability to use a high level of discretion and maintain all confidentiality.
Knowledge of federal regulations such as FERPA.
Advanced knowledge of common organization-specific computer applications.
