Job Description:

ECU ITCS Client Engagement and Support is currently seeking ITCS Pirate Techs Technicians. These students should have experience with installing software, troubleshooting hardware and software, identifying and removing both spyware and viruses, be familiar with connecting to ECU’s wired and wireless network, and be able to troubleshoot connectivity issues related to both.

Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.):

Experience with Microsoft Windows 7, 8, and 10 is essential. Experience with Mac OS X is a plus. Good customer service skills are needed. Student should be reliable, a strong team player, motivated, and able to take direction.
