Job Description:

ECU ITCS Client Engagement and Support are Currently seeking an ITCS Student Technician. ITCS Student Technicians are a team of students who have knowledge of hardware trouble shooting, and repair, as well as being well versed in basic computer operating systems. This team must be dependable, courteous, demonstrate good communication skills, and be customer-service oriented. Technicians are under the supervision of and report to the AV Services and Support Supervisor. The Student Technician is responsible for: Technical problems that occur in classrooms across ECU east and west campuses. Software installation and repair. Exchange and repair equipment. Timely response to help calls.
