Physical Requirements:

Sitting for long periods of time, lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 lbs.


Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours/week).

Job Summary:

Monitor and reconcile cash balances in SAP and at the state. Prepare daily reimbursement requests to the state and forecast future funding needs for the University. Prepare affiliate financial statements, analysis, and related 990 federal tax returns. Review journal vouchers for compliance with University policies, federal and state laws, and GAAP.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

MS Windows, Excel, Word, Adobe, and SAP.

Preferred Education/Experience:

Four years of experience in accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting and analysis preferred.
