Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.Job Summary:
The Specialty Care clinic seeks an individual to provide front desk registration in the outpatient clinic.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: greet patients, registration, insurance verification, cash handling, medical record preparation, schedule appointments, procure new patient records, communicate information with patients via the telephone and in person, and answer telephone.
This position supports the efficient patient care and clinic initiatives for improving patient attendance and keeping attendance records.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
This position requires the ability to multi-task, provide exceptional customer service, attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? :
