Job Summary:The department of Imaging Services is seeking a Patient Relations Assistant.
Duties will include collection and input of registration information, insurance and demographic data, perform cash collection (co-pays, deductible, deposit, reconciliation), provide customer service to patients.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:HQPM registration; knowledge of medical clinic check-in/check-out processes.
