Physical Requirements:

Sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time. Performing repetitive motion tasks. Lifting, pushing or pulling of objects up to 25 lbs. Effectively communicating with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Shift:

Typically, Monday – Friday; 8:00 – 4:30pm. (40/hrs a week). Additional hours (evenings and weekends) per workload demands.

Job Summary:

With goals to increase enrollment, this position directly supports the efficient utilization of classroom and space management. Edits course and section information for accuracy; makes necessary changes, additions, and deletions in SAP. Helps process schedule changes as requested/needed to ensure that student schedules are accurate. Serves as a continuous source of information via phone and email to various stakeholders and end users.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

Microsoft Windows/Office (including Word, Outlook, Excel), SIS, SAP, Astra Schedule
