Position Summary:The holder of this position provides academic advising to undergraduate Economics majors, maintains detailed academic advising student files, counsels students on graduation, serves as a representative of the undergraduate program, assists in course assignments and coordinates classroom scheduling.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies:Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.

•Provide academic advising for Economics undergraduates and clear them for registration
•Counsel Economics undergraduates on graduation
•Maintain detailed academic advising records

•Coordinate and execute course scheduling and classroom assignments

•Participates in Terry College student orientation
•Serve as a resource to undergraduate student organizations
•Serve as an ex officio member of the department’s Undergraduate Program Committee
