Minimum Qualifications:Requires technical knowledge in the field acquired through an apprenticeship, a 2-year degree, or professional certificate. Please contact your Human Resources office for an evaluation of education/experience in lieu of the required minimum qualifications.
Position Summary:This position is responsible for support of applications and data usage within the college and for delivery solutions developed by the OIT Applications Team for new deployments to the academic staff units of the college. This position will be involved in collaborating with end-users and identifying technologies to meet requirements for new and existing product functionality, participating in developing system functional design, and assisting in producing user documentation and guides associated with the applications.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies:•Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
•Basic web development skills – HTML, JavaScript, CSS
•Experience using R or Python
•Experience building and maintaining Qualtrics projects
•Zoom administration Experience
•Salesforce Experience a plus

Duties/Responsibilities:Provide user support and problem resolutions for business process applications
•Create and maintain user documentation for existing application solutions and business processes.
•Identify common usage questions and train colleagues at the OIT Service Desk to handle these requests.
•Provide or identify resources for appropriate End-User training on the use of supported applications.

Duties/Responsibilities:Business Process Support
•Develop a broad understanding of the college’s business processes in order to independently gather client requirements, perform business process analysis and then represent end-user groups throughout the design and implementation process.
•Gather customer requirements and metrics for developing BPMN documentation.

•Complete security audit procedures for supported applications.
•Work with end-users to provide accurate application access in line with current license agreements.
