Serve as the front desk attendant and perform rounds of the building to ensure the safety and security of students, faculty, and staff.
Security Staff may confront issues of policy, safety, or security, as well as assist in times of emergency or crisis.
Communicate frequently with the College of Fine Arts Facilities Manager to ensure that they are informed of what is happening in the building.
This position requires compliance with University Confidentiality policies.Qualifications High school diploma.
Ability to understand and implement University policy is required as well as ability to communicate clearly in writing.
Must be able to appropriately report emergency situations.Preferred Experience with building security.Anticipated Salary Range $10.00/hour.Pay Plan This is an OPS/temporary Job.Schedule 10-15 hours weekly (up to 16) between 4:30pm - 1:00am.
