Position Summary:

The Laboratory Phlebotomist (assistant) is responsible for daily oversight of all activities of the assigned area, which may include Drawing blood, Lab Draw Stations, Order retrieval, and test result distribution and filing. Responsible for employee training as needed in the areas of designated expertise as well as ensuring department compliance with all Phlebotomy and Operations procedures. Phlebotomist will ensure maintenance of a safe, professional environment in all designated areas.

Compensation Range:

Hourly: $26.54

Required:

Minimum of one year experience in Phlebotomy that covers pediatrics to elderly blood draw. Interpersonal Skills that recognizes the essentials of voice of the customer. Demonstrates Quality of Work & Detailed Oriented. Able to work in Collaboration with all internal and external customers. Work in a Productive manner. Demonstrate great Communication skills.

Required: Current California State Phlebotomist License.

Required: Current CPR Certification.

Preferred:
