Hiring Department Admissions Responsibilities
  • General Office Management
    • Manage office supply, promotional materials, and recruitment communication ordering and inventory management
    • Manage calendars and schedule appointment for the Director of Admissions and Associate Vice Chancellor of Strategic Enrollment Management
  • Budget Management
    • Manage $2.7 million dollar Admissions budget in cooperation with Director of Admissions
    • Assist in overall budget management for the division of Enrollment Management
  • Third Party Contract Management
    • Manage and execute all admissions contracts with various third party vendors under the direction of the Director of Admissions
    • Assist in the management and coordination of third party vendor contracts for Enrollment Management departments
  • Work closely with the Enrollment Management Business Manager of all areas of fiscal responsibility
  • One Card management
    • Reconciliation for one card purchases
    • One card expense tracking for Admissions
  • Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS)
    • Responsible for compliance related to credit card payment of application fees
    • Refunds through touchnet/marketplace
  • Manages recruitment travel arrangements and expenses
    • Manages recruitment travel arrangements for recruitment and admissions staff to better manage use of recruitment funds
    • Manage travel approvals for recruitment teams
  • Payroll Management
    • Approve time for hourly staff in Admissions
    • Time off approval and tracking for Admissions
  • Various other duties as assigned
Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree. Office support experience at the higher education level. Budget experience. Knowledge of campus computer applications such as PeopleSoft as well as document imaging software (Perceptive Content). Minimum Salary$13.27/hr Application Deadline
