Physical Requirements:Lifting, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 lbs.; sitting for extended periods of time; and walking to and from jobsites and storage locations.
Shift:Primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; additional evening and weekend hours may be required in order to support opening of new spaces.
Job Summary:This position will provide support for all facilities planning projects in clinical, administrative, and education areas as it relates to the ordering, delivery, and tracking of equipment and furniture during operations activation of new construction and renovation of spaces. The primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate inventory control, verifying receipts and entry into a computer system, pulling and recording all recalled products, coordinating install of wall-hung accessories, and tagging, documenting, and coordinating delivery of all capital equipment purchases. Other duties include ensuring work environment is clean and safe, communicating with end users and project team to insure timely coordination of furniture and equipment with activation dates, attending and participating in all emergency requests and codes, and adhering to all policies and procedures.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook/365.

Preferred Education/Experience:Experience with healthcare equipment and logistics, and knowledge of project management skills and tools.
