Family and Consumer Sciences Extension, Nutrition Education Program is seeking a Staff Support Associate II to provide administrative support to the Nutrition Education Program Director’s office in carrying out the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP-Ed) in Kentucky. The primary job responsibilities of the position include: scheduling and coordinating in-service trainings and a multitude of meetings each year; proof reading and distribution of educational materials; providing general customer service via phone and email; calendar maintenance; travel arrangements; managing inventory of educational materials; and assisting with reimbursement for food demonstration process. This position has access to a database with classified information and so it is imperative to use discretion with confidential information at all times in this role.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
