Physical Requirements:

Sitting, lifting up to 25 lbs., delivering documents on campus, and picking up documents.

Shift:

Office hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM only. Must be available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM during Spring 2021.

Job Summary:

Serve as a front desk assistant by checking students in for appointments, helping make appointments, using Handshake platform, answering and routing phones, e-mails, and other in-person inquiries, providing excellent service, and working as a team member with other staff. Assist Office Manager/supervisor.
