Job Summary:The Patient Relations Assistant will be responsible for scheduling of Diagnostic Radiology exams, pre-certifications, and confirming all necessary information needed to properly perform and identify billing information needed to maintain compliance with institutional, state and federal practices.
This position will provide a professional point of contact, and serve as a liaison to Radiology and all referring offices.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:Registration, office and clerical, strong customer service skills. Organization, coordination, fast pace environment, assertiveness, clinical knowledge, computer skills.
