Job Summary:County served: Knox County.
The UK Center of Excellence in Rural Health-Hazard seeks an individual to conduct home visits to at-risk families; assess family’s needs for services; provide health education; provide referral recommendations and assistance in accessing services as appropriate; advocate on behalf of families to health and human service agencies.
Will participate in research studies, daily data input, general reports and maintain charts. This is a grant funded position and the office will be located in Knox County (London, KY.)
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:Basic computer skills, communication skills, attention to detail.
