The physical requirements for this position may include standing, sitting, bending, or walking for greater than five hours at a time and possibly walking several miles per day, as well as the ability to reach items above shoulder-level and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.Shift:
Primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; some nights, weekends, and/or holidays may be required in order to meet departmental needs.Job Summary:
Oversees drug replacement and copay assistance program workflows to ensure proper enrollment, and coordination of care occurs for eligible patients. Collaborate with pharmacy revenue integrity and patient account teams to ensure that charges are adjusted accordingly and audited for accuracy. Assist in the development and management of quality metrics to facilitate the growth and expansion of patient medication assistance, and to provide more access to medications for patients within UK Healthcare.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skills and effective written and verbal communication abilities; planning and organization skills and a high regard for attention to detail; the ability to solve routine problems and manage resources; and a proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The ability to provide excellent customer service is essential to the success of the individual in this position.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? :
Associate or bachelor’s degree and hospital and/or retail pharmacy technician experience preferred. Previous work with patient assistance program is highly preferred.Deadline to Apply:
