Position Summary:Assist with day to day operations of the Olympic Sports Equipment Room. Ensures compliance with NCAA, SEC, and institutional rules and regulations pertaining to the area of Athletic Equipment.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies:Computer skills. Read, analyze and interpret general technical procedures. Write reports and business correspondence via email and written form. Effectively present information and respond to questions from coaches, staff, student athletes and the general public. Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only a limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job; the employee will regularly stand; walk; use hands and reach with arms. The employee will occasionally need to sit and talk or hear. The employee will frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision, and peripheral vision.

Duties/Responsibilities:Assist with equipment and storerooms for Athletic Association Olympic Sports. This includes, but is not limited to, inventory, issuance, maintenance, and accountability of all equipment. Conduct end-of-the-year inventory reconciliations utilizing the equipment tracking and monitoring software. Assist with issuance of uniforms and equipment to student-athletes and ensure collection/return of same for all assigned sports.

Duties/Responsibilities:Assist with laundry operations, inclusive of all chemical product orders, and ensure needs are met.

Duties/Responsibilities:Assist with receiving all freight and equipment delivered to Coliseum. Stores packages in a safe location and notifies the appropriate staff member.

Duties/Responsibilities:Work in concert with Olympic Sports coaches or representatives to ensure all practice and game needs are met. Serve as equipment liaison at select Stegeman Coliseum men’s & women’s basketball games.
