Position Summary:

Incumbent is responsible for performing a range of tasks that support the PFS operations such as: assemble pre-billing files. sort, locate and retrieve billing documents and patient account files. assist with routine telephone inquiries. utilize on-line systems to verify authorizations. prepare patient payment files. perform routine patient accounting functions. and maintain patient account systems. Performs general support duties including copying, filing, sorting, stapling and document delivery. May perform reception role at front desk on a regular and/or temporarily assigned basis and may receive and record cash and check payments as part of this role.
