Position Description:
The CARE Program Manager manages day-to-day strategic direction, planning, and implementation of the CAREatWork programming, including but not limited to: partnerships in SoCal Region Black Worker Organizing Hub providing strategic capacity to the emerging field of Black Worker Centers in Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and San Diego; UCLA Labor Studies Black worker organizing school-to-movement pathway; strategic participatory research; and communications regarding other relevant events, activities, and publications.
