Position Summary(Basic Job Function)

This is a temporary or an on-call position. Functions as a mock patient, responding verbally in a medical interview situation to questions directed by student physicians; provides constructive feedback regarding the students' interviewing techniques; may also be required to disrobe, responding physically and verbally to an examination of the body.

Unit Position Summary

This is an on-call position typically 1-2 times/year. Functions as a simulated patient, responding verbally in a healthcare interview situation to questions directed by medical students and provides constructive feedback regarding the students' interviewing and physical examination techniques.

Desired Qualifications

Applicants must be female with intact breasts, uterus and ovaries; have, at minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and strong verbal communication skills. One or more years of experience as a GTA is preferred.
