Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, or cybersecurity related field and five years' experience providing instruction of IT or cybersecurity material, educational program development, and/or curriculum management.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Ability to maintain confidentialityExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databasesDetail-oriented with strong organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skillsPreferred Qualifications
  • IT or cyber related professional certifications
  • Knowledge of NIST frameworks, cybersecurity industry, key players, trends, and opportunities
  • Prior experience working with recognized professional education or credentialing granting organizations
  • Knowledge of Bloom's Taxonomy and relevant theory and best practices for adult education and training
  • Experience in utilizing learning management systems and other academic technologies to deliver instruction
Responsibilities This position is responsible for providing direct support to academic, government and private industry clients through development of career roadmaps, training and educational packages and innovative ways to assist in meeting the needs of the cybersecurity workforce. The duties include, but are not limited to:
    Deliver instructional content and training via multiple modalities including face-to-face classroom instruction, hybrid, asynchronous distance education, and synchronous distance educationDevelop hands-on technical scenarios and assessments to employ the Cyber Range based on client requirementsCreate training curricula and instructional materials, including computer-based training, presentations, multimedia, and print materialsProvide expertise in content development, refinement and deploymentWork with various clients to develop scope and objectives for their organization's cybersecurity training needsCreate career roadmaps for cybersecurity work roles based in the NICE Framework and client requirementsCollaborate with clients to create budget and goal appropriate training plansCoordinate and direct the production of training packages with the Cyber Range developersPerform all other related duties/projects as assigned
