Job Summary
Assist the Network Support Engr Sr Mgr with supervision of daily operations of the network and perpetual upgrades and modifications.This position will interact on a regular basis with: IT and user management and staff. This position typically will advise and counsel: IT and user management and staff. This position will supervise: network support technical team members.
ResponsibilitiesJob Duty 1 -
Establish objectives and work plans based on project assignments.
Job Duty 2 -
Manage, prepare, administer, and direct resources and deliverables.
Job Duty 3 -
Review and approve recommendations for functional programs.
Job Duty 4 -
Establish priorities and direct feasibility studies, systems design, and implementation.
Job Duty 5 -
Develop and implement policies.
Job Duty 6 -
Organize subordinate staff, plan and schedule activities, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
Job Duty 7 -
Perform other duties as assigned
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Other Required Qualifications
Overnight travel required for project delivery; flexibility in on-site daily service delivery hours (due to client shift schedules, project requirements).
Required Experience
Five to seven years of job related experience
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Specialized network certifications are preferred; Project management certification (PMP) and University experience is preferred

Master's Degree
