Located at the Framingham Heart Study of Boston University School of Medicine, this position is required to accurately administer the FHS Executive Committee. This position is responsible for supervising Study Center research proposal reviews as well as disseminating communications regarding the reviews' outcomes. This role is also responsible for providing support to Study Center Director and senior scientific leadership through the oversight of the following activities: leading review committee administrative team; assisting in leading the Executive committee meetings; tracking proposal submissions; ensuring that research applications are in full compliance with NIH and other sponsors' policies. Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 5-8 years of related experience with some supervisory responsibility
  • Candidate needs to be outspoken, and able to work quickly and independently
  • Established ability to prioritize and lead multiple tasks simultaneously, proven track record to identify and resolve issues, and effectively lead timelines
  • Critical attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent Oral and written communication skills for communication with investigators and research teams
  • Knowledge of epidemiological clinical research is a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal/team skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Knowledge of MS SharePoint Online is a plus
