The Admissions & Marketing Data Manager is responsible for data collection, analysis, and reporting for the law schools marketing, admission, and enrollment operations for its LLM, masters degree, and certificate programs, and for supporting the various tools and technologies such operations require. They manage the electronic application process for all candidates and maintain individual candidates application, financial aid, and admission records, performing all necessary database functions. They also develop and maintain predictive admission and financial aid models to inform enrollment management strategies. Additionally, the manager analyzes and synthesizes data and analytics for other digital applications that support the law schools overall marketing and communication strategy, such as the website and marketing automation tools, and helps troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing and recruitment technology solutions. They also train department staff and student workers on the proper use of database and technology systems, and assist with web content updates, email correspondence, and recruitment activities as needed.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience required; experience in higher education admissions or marketing strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data analytics and reporting, with the ability to synthesize data, draw conclusions, and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience using historical data to project future results and forecast enrollments and revenue.
  • Proficient with technology, particularly database systems; data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI; and marketing technology solutions, with the ability to learn new systems swiftly.
  • Must have excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as solid communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics preferred.
