Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, cell biology or other natural, life, health care or materials science directly related to the research area to which the position is assigned and a minimum of three years' research and/or clinical experience; previous supervisory experience.

- Performing experimental studies using a combination of behavioral, neurophysiological and imaging techniquesAnalyzing, interpreting data and coordinating with PI and other laboratory personnel about research plansHandling, training and day-to-day interaction with patients/human study subjectsHelping manage day-to-day operations, upkeep of the laboratory and compliance with all regulatory requirementsWorking with human subjects regularly, carrying out psychophysical (behavioral) experiments on study subjects, and assisting the PI and other lab personnel in various experiments, including neuroimaging (functional magnetic resonance Imaging [fMRI], electroencephalography [EEG] and/or eye-tracking) experimentsGeneral management for labs, including (but not limited to) maintaining the laboratory, including ordering reagents, equipment, software etc. for the lab, ensuring compliance with all applicable study protocols, and cleaning and maintenance of laboratory equipment, data managementPerform all other related duties/tasks as assigned by the Principal investigator
- Prior experience carrying out, or assisting in, research in a laboratory setting.
- Proficiency in using common office productivity tools, such as software tools for word-processing, drawing, editing; managing references, etc.
OR
