  • Experience of working in the field of cancer biology and drug development.
  • Experience in animal experiments and bioinformatics. Clinical background to correlate experimental findings with cancer and application.
  • Experience in studying signaling pathways with basic molecular and cellular skills such as Western blotting, gene knockdown and knockout, Flow analysis, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA, proteomics.
Responsibilities This position involves participation in laboratory experiments to complete NIH funded research aimed at developing innovative regimens against squamous carcinoma. The main project involves testing new drug efficacy in vitro and in vivo, identifying gene functions and regulations, generating animal models, and elucidating molecular mechanism of drug action. The individual must be energetic and highly organized, and able to work with minimal supervision after training. Duties include, but are not limited to, cell culture, experimental design assays, data collection and data publish. The duties include, but are not limited to:
    Learn through engagement in an advanced level of scientific, technical and administrative work.Participate in research data collection and documentation within relevant guidelines and protocols.Develop and evaluate new research techniques and procedures; public results in scientific journal.Perform a variety of complex chemical, biological, cytologic, microscope, histologic, surgical, clinical, statistical/computational and dissections procedures.Perform all other related duties/tasks as assigned.
