Minimum Requirements Graduation from an approved LPN program; Licensed as an LPN in the State of Georgia; Must possess a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS/BCLS certification. Departmental Requirements - Knowledge, Abilities & Skills Ability to maintain confidentialityAbility to lift 50 lbs and walk 300 yardsExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases Preferred Prefer one year of clinical experience; Corrections experience is a plus Responsibilities The Licensed Practical Nurse provides individualized, direct patient care to inmates/patients under the guidance of a clinical supervisor. The duties include, but are not limited to:

• Accepts staffing assignments and performs other related duties as required or assigned by the DON or Designated Charge Nurse.
• Provides individualized, direct patient care to inmates/patients under the guidance of a clinical supervisor.
• Adheres to all security regulations.
• Performs all other related duties/tasks as assigned.
