Ability to lift patients and maintain patient confidentiality Preferred:One year experience in a geriatric or long-term care setting Responsibilities:The duties include but are not limited to: assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the delivery of patient care; under the guidance of a clinical supervisor, provides individualized, direct patient care to promote restoration of health and achievement of patient health goals; accurately obtain and records patient's vital signs and assess patient status to determine appropriate care or treatment necessary for problem presented; carry out established techniques for administration of medications and obtaining specimens; recognize the patient's physical and mental changes and takes appropriate actions; assist in training new personnel; perform functions in maintenance of proper nutrition and fluid balance such as assisting with meals, tube feeding, and monitoring oral and IV fluids; assist in performing diagnostic procedures; and perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. Pay Grade: 12
Minimum Pay: $16.00/H - $19.58/H Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position

Certifications Current, active Georgia licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse; Must possess a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS/BCLS certification
